Hi thank you for the link I’ve wanted to try that but wasnt sure how to get the FD files all I have are zq2_123.bin and zq2_123wph. if the above doesnt work then I’d like to either replace the chip or use a bios reprogrammer to reflash the chip but cant find the bios chip on the board there are a few of the same looking chips and none are labelled. Laptop is now working thanks
