i have a bb bold 9700 .. it goes into loading screen with the blackberry logo .. the loading bar gets to the very end BUT then it just sits there like that forever.. never going into the menu itself.. i have way too much data to just do a factory reset SINCE i dont have a backup of any of it... how do i get it to start ? anything at all i can do ?
