Hi, I have exactly same problem just in left side, I am so sorry for my self to spent such money for this laptop which I thought at least has better quality than other cheapest products. I always take care of it and treat with it very professionally but have this kind of issues with asus laptops, and I never gonna spend penny for this lap top. Shame on Asus to manufacturing this kind of worse quality, I am in Canada and I don't know where to go to fix it. Thanks and good luck
