Hey Rc Noobs, I have not had this issue myself, but I do work at a phone repair shop and we had a customer with the same issue. We replaced the earpiece speaker, the camera/prox/speaker flex, and tried both at the same time. We also cleaned out the speaker and everything to no avail on our side. Seems to be rare, but seeing someone else with the issue personally leads me to believe this could be an issue with the phones logic board. Possibly common enough for posts like this, but not common enough for Apple to make known to the public. Best of luck! -Caleb
Meer informatieHello Sarah, Sadly, I do not have much personal experience with Polaroid cameras, but my sister did have this issue herself and it was because the film was exposed to air before being used to take a picture. I would just recommend buying another pack of film. If the issue does persist, it may be something worse, such as an internal issue, but I believe the film was just exposed to air. It takes less than a few seconds to ruin film exposed to air. Hope this helps!
Meer informatieHello Ken, I have the original Keurig and had this same issue. What I did was clean out where the hot water pours because of coffee ground build up, the bin where the water is held, and it worked for me. I do not know if that will be the same case for you, but also look up some videos, because upon looking up the issue on YouTube, a lot of fixes popped up. Sorry this isn’t as helpful as it could, but hopefully it does help! Best of luck!
Meer informatieHello tbieling, When it comes to removing any battery, you obviously need to be careful. Any puncture, severe bend, or damage can cause it to smoke and or catch fire. First off, if this is your first repair, I would recommend doing this in a garage or near somewhere outside therefore if something does go wrong, you will not be near anything flammable. I have replaced many iPhone batteries myself and some are really stuck on. I can get away using a cheap method that forces the battery out and tears the adhesive, but it is not the same on the MacBooks. It really just comes down to being careful. You can get adhesive remover which if you use enough, may make it as simple as prying, but I doubt you will have enough to do that because they are kept in place almost water tight against the frame. Sadly, the MacBook does not have adhesive strips like the iPhone, so all you can really do is use adhesive remover and heat. I would recommend just following the iFixit guide and you should be fine. Some adhesive...
Meer informatieHello Greg, Your issue most likely is just a poor battery replacement. I do not know if you took it to Apple or did it yourself, but it is most likely the battery. The U2 IC chip would be the issue if once the phone died, even when plugged in and showing charging, would not want to power up, or charge very, very slowly. If you did the repair yourself, I would recommend ordering a new battery from iFixit or another site like Fixez. If Apple did the repair, then it may be a one in a million issue of a bad battery. The issue of your lightning cable not working is most likely because it is not the original Apple charger. Im not saying that you need to go drop $30 dollars on Apples cheap and overpriced cables, but if you are going to get a cable that wants to work, order one that is "MFi Certified". I would personally recommend Anker. Hope this helps!
Meer informatieHello Kevin, I believe your issue is a broken LCD. If you installed it properly and it looks as described in your pictures, then it most likely was damaged when shipping to you or you accidentally were too aggressive with it. If you installed it poorly or incorrectly, it would most likely have white lines going through it, but since the screen has a black spot along with half of the screen being out, it is a sign of it being damaged. If you contact the seller you purchased it from they should exchange it for a new one, if you were not the one to break it, of course. Also, purchase LCDs and screens from reputable sellers like iFixit or Fixez. Hope this helps!
Meer informatieHello Kert, The issue I believe is caused either by the power supply or cooling fan. I say the power supply because you mentioned that it is 3rd party. Unless you order it from a trusted company like iFixit, Fixez, or GoKrazyWireless, you could be getting a cheap alternative with fake promises and cheap parts used to make it. Similar to a cheap iPhone battery, it would make your phone run worse than it was with the old battery. So make sure the battery you are getting is authentic or OEM. If your battery is OEM, then I believe that it is the cooling fan. Throughout the use of your console, the fan will collect dust, and sometimes get to the point of so much dust that your console will overheat. I would recommend finding a video or another online tutorial of how to clean out dust from your Xbox. I am personally leaning more towards this being the issue because you said YouTube runs fine, but games cause the issue. If you listen, YouTube wont cause the fans to turn on because it doesnt require much system...
Meer informatieHello Andy, Sadly, you cannot just connect your battery to a bulb to fully discharge it then charge it again and hope it works again. Firstly, because iPhones uses different connections to connect to the phones motherboard compared to normal batteries like AA or AAA, you cannot connect the battery to a lightbulb. Secondly, because batteries run on indedendent cycles of collection of electrons and releasing them to charge the phone (extra sciencey stuff), the battery cannot "recognize" a full charge. Your phone does that in its software. Throughout the phones lifetime, when you charge it, the battery loses some of its ability to hold a full charge and proceeds to get weaker and weaker. But either way, the battery will just need replacing. Because you are on an iPhone 4, the battery is really old and thay is why you are most likely having issues. Since the phone is so old, it may only he holding less than or equal to an 80% charge of its original capacity. So, unless you can get a new battery, you may need...
Meer informatieHello Micheal, First of all, congrats on having the iPod nano for so long! I had one myself for about a year before I lost it and haven't found it since... I see your iPod won't charge. First off, how long ago was the issue of it not charging? Was it a few months, or a few years ago, or was it directly after you fixed the issue of it not playing music? If it was directly after, then you may have broken something and may need to get it fixed. If it was a while after fixing the music playback issue, then as simple as it may sound, it may just be a clogged charging port. On my Samsung S7 Edge, it seemed to have a loose headphone jack that would work, but the headphone cable would fall out and would not stay connected in the phone. At first I though I broke it, but after wrapping some double sided tape around a paperclip and cleaning it out, not only did I find a ton of dust, but it worked normally again. So, that may be the issue. If that does not work, my only other idea for its issue may just be a broken...
Meer informatieHello Sophie, Sorry to hear about your issue. For starters, the iPhone X is water resistant and not water proof. This makes a big difference because if it were waterproof, taking it into the water should not be an issue, but because of its water resistant rating of IP67, the phone is tested to be under water for 30 minutes at 1 meter (3 feet). So, it should've done just fine. Because you said you charged it after using it, I think that although you believed it was dry, there was still water in the charging port, causing the charger to possibly shock the phone and kill it. That is my belief on the issue, but it may not be 100% accurate. When it comes to fixing the phone, you will either need to take it to Apple and get a new one, or take it to a phone repair place near you that helps with water damage and see if they can fix it. Otherwise, you may be out of luck because Apple does not cover water damage under warranty. Hope this helps!
