It's possible that it is on hands free mode that will be in your settings .most likely to be under device section. Scroll down it should there. And if you have it on then you can turn it off or if you have it on then do this .Hold the volume button on the phone the slider bar will pop up on screen keep holding look there you will see a icon like gear let go volume push the icon you can operate all sounds of the phone media, notification s, ringtone,,phone hope this helps.

Go on you tube pull ps reboot You have to hold the power button till it blinks in the little led light it will blink several times then a pause. Then it will blink again but let go of the power button it should reboot I had the same problem pulled it up you .and .follow the steps I'm not sure about how many times it blinks at first. ...3.........4 times it will be a red light then the green light after pause have the power supply unplug hold power in don't let go put in the power supply that s the only way to start a reboot button then power. If you have 2 email accounts or running chrome and the Internet on both Google is the primary and the other one is secondary .go 2 Google Chrome help and it's easy 2 walk through sync both accounts. 2nd.acc.will be your recovery account so tech support can email you one if the other one is not responding. But the answer is the accounts are not sync together that's why u have duplicates.
