problem: ipad mini 4 not charging or booting up. red lines with battery symbol and apple symbol would cycle over and over again and nothing would happen. Ipad was plugged in. I tried holding the sleep and home buttons for long period and nothing happened and then holding the same buttons and then releasing them over and over again but nothing happened. I tried restore and update in recovery mode and dfu mode in itunes but neither worked, just errors every time. I even tried putting the ipad in the freezer for an hour. (By the way... if you are stuck in itunes connect mode after a failed install or restore, u can download fonelab which will take u out of itune or recovery mode) I tried different chargers and cords and leaving the ipad plugged in over night. Nothing worked so i decided i would get some revenge and beat the $@$* out of it. I put the ipad on the floor so i could hit the screen with my heel. just kind of fooling around but a bit annoyed too. So i hit the thing on the screen while it was plugged...
