I had a 6th Gen screen replaced with a 5th Gen by Batteries Plus. They didn't have access to the 6th Gen and I had read somewhere the 5th would work. Could be the screen, maybe the work itself, but I am not at all satisfied with the results. The screen response is spotty. A ghost image appear like a belt of tiles across the mid-portion on the screen, and buttons on the screen respond without a touch. I have come close to tossing it on more than one occasion. I'll take it back but not with high hopes they know what they're doing.
