There is a vent at the bottom of the laptop. If there is something blocking the airflow out of the vent then that can cause the laptop to overheat and the fan to become loud. Place the laptop on a hard surface when in use, in order to prevent anything from blocking the vent. Continuing to charge the laptop once it is at 100% could also cause it to overheat and cause the fan to become louder, so try not overcharging the laptop. Sometimes a key will pop off if the computer has been dropped or something was blocking the key, causing it to come off. To fix this problem, look at the back of the key and make sure the hinges are in tact. If not, you need to get a replacement for the hinge. If the hinges are in good shape then try to line up the corresponding parts of the hinge to the key, press down firmly and try wobbling the key until it snaps into place.
