I dont know by 100% but afaik the RAM is soldered onto the mainboard.

Usually the optical image stabilizer makes these noises (in original package of mine there was a flyer telling something like "the rattling noise you here is no issue - it makes your pictures looking great") I know of some issues where the stabilizer gots loosen. Then the camera had to be replaced. Hope this helps...
