Hi Kenneth, it is possible that your device might be unresponsive due to a dead battery. To ensure that this is not the problem, please attach your device to the DC wall charger or USB computer charger that it came with. After waiting five to ten minutes to make sure the battery has had time to charge then attempt to turn your device on. If this does not solve the problem it is possible your device might have a faulty screen.
