Greetings, There's a head gasket within that unit, It appears it only lasts for "just over" a year. And that puts it outside of the replacement time period from the company. There's 4 screws on that head, check for tightness to the gasket. (1) I have an Cafe Roma that also "leaks" from the center main head area. (2) Took that section apart, removed the gasket, cleaned it, replaced but still leaking. The gasket material is not of the quality to withstand long term heat and pressure. (similar to a pressure cooker gasket that expands after years of use and needs replacement.) (1) That gasket is also not available as a replacement part, who would of thought. I could just locate a food grade, high temp. small Silicon sheet (thickness) and make my own replacement. But that's not the point. (1) These gaskets are wear parts so should be available anytime for replacement, just saying. (2) I also contacted the company, but as soon as they knew the machine was 14 months old. Greetings, Check the monitor for which type of input signal it is currently set for. - there should be a choice within the set-up options for Dvi, HDMI, Display port or whichever cable type the Pc is connected to the monitor with. - insure that the cctv cameras are not set as the default source. Hope this helps in attaining a signal.

Greetings, First try plugging in a separate monitor to see if you can adjust the original display settings. - Should have a HDMI or video port on the side of the unit, - get cable that match's both the laptop and monitor's plug-in's, - if present select the 'function' (Fn) button and normally 'F7" to swap the display to an external monitor, From there you should be able to adjust the display settings. But If the quad button assembly can not be ordered, doesn't show up for parts, this makes this repair nearly impossible.

A handy device for just this function, is a canvas stretching tool. Staple one side and use the tool to stretch tight the opposite side.

- Normally used to tension canvas over a picture frame, and would do this job with ease.
