Hello Joseph, If the shutter on the camera won't open then you might need to try a fresh pair of 'AA' batteries or you're hitting the wrong button (please refer to our trouble shooting guide). If the problems are still consistent then please update us. Sincerely, Richard
Hello Joseph from the UK, We’ve made an extensive troubleshooting guide for film not developing issues on this camera. If the film is developing blank, we recommend that you check to make sure the shutter is functioning properly and the light/five-mode dial is set to proper lighting. If the problem consists then replace the batteries. The other problem may be that the film you have has gone bad and at this point you'll need to buy a new batch. Cheers!, Richard
Dear Joseph, It's okay, I'm here to help, but the first thing I recommend is to buy a fresh pair of 'AA' batteries. You need to slide the batteries cover off the camera and place the batteries in the correct orientation. Then your camera should be "fully powered" again. Sincerely, Richard
