Up and going in 20 minutes

The right fan on my MBP sounded like a chain-wielding demon hampster running on its torture wheel.

Mijn oplossing

20 minutes after the parts were delivered, the computer was up and going silently again. Ifixit's instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Mijn advies

Be careful with all the tape, especially the aluminum/copper tape that holds the fan to the heat-sink.
