FRUSTRATED! then I discovered "I-FIX-IT" !

Mijn probleem

My kids surprised me one year for my birthday - borrowed ALL my CD's returning them to me with a small package. Yes... all loaded neatly on a small device called an I-POD! I later purchased an "I-JUKE" by "CROSLEY" which I proudly display on my desk at home. This is my sound system for the I-POD. A couple years go by and the I-POD started acting up. It wouldn't let me change songs and then began simply flashing from one song to the next without playing anything. For a period it wouldn't work at all not even turn on. I removed it from the I-JUKE dock and threw it aside realizing it's days were over! One day I picked it up and put it back on the dock and WA-LAH! It worked again. Well...for a while anyway...then the same thing all over again. Not having any recourse but to go to the internet and start asking questions I began my quest. And then.... up popped I-FIX-IT! I went to the site and it helped me discover that my battery was shot. I wasn't completely convinced it was the battery so tearing it apart was the next move. I needed help because I couldn't get it apart. Again ...I-FIX-IT said we can show you step by step HOW TO FIX your I-POD!

Mijn oplossing

After figuring out which I-POD model I had with the help of I-FIX-IT I had that thing apart in minutes! My battery was swelled up like a balloon! I ordered a battery and had it in a couple of days. Put the new battery in and I have a brand new I-POD!!! Very impressed with the website. I could have gotten the battery a few bucks cheaper on another site but the help I got from I-FIX-IT was well well worth the difference. They earned my business and I thank you "I-FIX-IT!!! I tell all my electrical genius friends about I-FIX-IT! THANK YOU...THANK YOU... THANK YOU !!!

My repair went smooth as silk ...it couldn't have been easier. It was a little delicate but the walk thru was perfect. Even a fumble fingered guy like me "got-r-dun" !!!
