Mijn probleem
The home button was not responding half of the time and I had to bang the bottom of the iphone on a hard surface to gain control of the button which was very annoying for the longest time.
Mijn oplossing
I followed the repair guide and using the screw template which was very helpful. The guide was easy to follow and the kit was very handy. The problems I encountered were the removal of the touchscreen panel. It was very hard to remove using any tool provided and my nail turned out to be the best tool to separate the panel from the frame. Also the reassembly of the logic board was a pain and it was hard to line up everything right but I managed to wiggle it in and set it flat.
Mijn advies
I would suggest make a short video on how to separate the LCD panel from the frame using the technique iFixit has. My method worked but took a while to find a weaker spot toward the bottom of the phone and got it separated with my fingernail and enough to use the plastic opening tool to open rest of the way.
Also a video on how you guys insert the logic board back into the phone would be helpful too.
