The battery health was 76% and there were random shutdowns below 25% battery.

Repairing was easy. Had a little experience of tearing down an iPhone 5 in the past years. Very similar insides.

The kit was flawless. And especially the "liberation kit" brought me to tears literally. You are the best, IFIXIT!

I would like to point out that with the 5s and SE, one should be very careful when taking apart the phone due to the placement of the fragile cable for the Touch ID home button. I've never had a problem, though.
