Mijn probleem
My joystick wouldnt go to the top left corner.
Mijn oplossing
I spent about $5 on a torx screwdriver, and then about 15 minutes following this guide. It was really quick and easy. There was a loose piece of plastic restricting my joystick's movement, once I moved that back to its proper place the controller worked fine.
When I had contacted xbox support, they had suggested I spend $60 on a brand new controller. Glad I took the time to do it myself.
Mijn advies
I used a flathead screwdriver instead of a spudger. Didn't have any problems.
