Replaced iPhone 5 rear camera

Mijn probleem

Rear camera stopped responding, black screen only and frozen. Front camera still working fine. Tried hard resets, etc. Replaced the camera and now all is good again. works like new.

Mijn oplossing

Fine, followed the guide and all went well. However, there should be a note about bending the flash cable on the new camera.

Only problem was the 00 phillips from ifixit was too big, needed to get a smaller jewellers phillips.

Mijn advies

Be prepared to bend the flash cable and attache the flash module to the replacement camera.
