  • Remove old foam and fiberglass with a sharp knife, utility knife, or really anything. I found that needle nose pliers work very well for grabbing and twisting.

  • You really have to just go at it. Don't be afraid to really dig in and use some force. At the end of this there will be a huge gaping section of your board missing.
