Separate the proximity sensor

  • Be very careful during this step, as the sensor cable can tear. Work slowly and apply more heat if you encounter resistance.

  • Insert one arm of your angled tweezers between the proximity sensor cable and the screen.

  • Slide the tweezers toward the screen while prying to separate the sensor from the screen.

  • This might take significant force and multiple iOpener heating cycles.

Séparer le capteur de proximité

Soyez très prudent lors de cette étape, car la nappe du capteur peut se déchirer. Travaillez lentement et appliquez plus de chaleur si vous rencontrez de la résistance.

Insérez un bras de votre pincette courbée entre la nappe du capteur de proximité et l'écran.

Faites glisser la pincette vers l'écran tout en soulevant le capteur pour le séparer de l'écran.

Cette opération peut nécessiter une force importante et plusieurs cycles de chauffage avec l'iOpener.
