  • The adhesive holding the top and bottom edges of the screen in place is thicker, and considerably stronger than the thin strips holding the sides in place.

  • If you plan to reuse your screen, heat up the top edge of the phone with an iOpener, a heat gun, or a hair dryer to loosen the adhesive there before you begin slicing.

L'adhésif qui fixe les bords supérieur et inférieur de l'écran est plus épais et beaucoup plus tenace que les fines bandes sur les côtés.

Si vous avez l'intention de réutiliser votre écran, faites chauffer le bord supérieur du téléphone avec un iOpener, un pistolet à air chaud ou un sèche-cheveux, pour ramollir l'adhésif avant de commencer à le faire céder.
