	[* black] Lift the vibrator up and out of the iPhone.
+	[* black] There are two little gold tabs or springs on the motor. In the image they are on the motor's end which is not being held. These can get bent on disassembly. When the logic board screwed back in place, these tabs should come in contact with the rear of it, (which you can't see of course). If the motor still does not work after reassembly, try gently prying these up a little to ensure good contact with the rear of the board.
