• Insert the blunt end of the Drawstring Threader in the hole of the sweatpants.

• Push the Drawstring Threader through the hole and fabric of the sweatpants.
• Use your hand to pull the fabric and push the Drawstring Threader simultaneously.

• Gather the fabric together to move the Drawstring Threader through the hollow band of the sweatpants.

• Push and pull the blunt end of the Drawstring Threader through the second hole of the sweatpants.

• Pull the blunt side of the Drawstring Threader.
• Pull the threader until the drawstring and the Threader have emerged through the second hole.
• Keep pulling until the threader is removed from the sweatpants.

• Remove the drawstring from the Drawstring Threader.

• Pull the drawstrings to match in equal length.
