Took me an hour and a half, the hardest part is the usb removal and the vibrator motor + power button, as they have stickers. Then there is something to be careful about, the removal of the front camera + light sensor: there is a 'holding part' that is clipped above, and it's not obvious that it's separated from the camera and sensor below - careful not to lift the camera before unclipping this. The rest is quite easy.
