Inleiding

If you want to access internal components such as the pump or the heater, you have to open the machine. This is shown here.

Warning: Unplug the device from power before you start!
Remove all attachments such as the water tank, pomace container, brew group and drip tray.
Remove all the coffee beans from the machine.

Remove the cover from the coffee spout. Lift them from bottom to top, using only plastic tools to pry.

The large silver-colored molded part above the top and front is now only fastened with catches, which can, however, be quite stuck. Only use plastic tools to pry loose.
Slide the cup holder all the way down.
Start to pry off the molded part at the back seam, the catches gradually loosen with a loud crack.
It's a bit tricky to slide the cover over the steam valve knob, you need some strength to do it.
Under the bean container, you'll find the white magnetic contact (reed contact) for the bean container lid. Lift it up and drop it through the opening in the molding.
Lift up the cover.

Now only the two side parts are left. The left side part contains the steam pipe. Most of the time you can leave the pressure hose of the steam pipe connected, then the side part cannot be completely removed, but that doesn't bother you very much.
The two side parts are attached with a few Torx T10 screws, unscrew them:
A screw at the top back
A screw at the top
Four screws on the front

Please, what is the silver thing on the middle?

I opened my machine and it was broken.

You mean the silver band on the front of the machine? That’s sort of like a pull down shade connected to the sliding drip tray support.

Remove two screws on the side with the water tank.
The side parts are jammed. Start to pry apart the two side pieces at the back seam.
Pry off the two side parts with a plastic tool. Pay attention to the power connection.
