This guide outlines the steps to take to remove or install the SIM card. The SIM card holds information that allows the service provider to locate and identify your phone. It is necessary for sending or receiving any calls or messages.

Turn the phone over.

Press and hold the release button in the middle of the back panel to release the back cover.

Slide the bottom panel down to open.

Remove the existing SIM card (if applicable) by applying little pressure with one finger and dragging it until the card is completely out.

Insert the new SIM card into the card reader with the chamfered edge in the upper left corner.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
