This guide details the steps necessary to remove the battery for replacement or for further disassembly of the Q Global. Removing or replacing the battery can solve issues related to the battery such as failure to charge and unresponsiveness.

Turn the phone face down.
Press and hold the release button in the middle of the back panel.
Slide the bottom panel down to remove.

Remove the battery pack by prying it out with a fingernail, screw driver or other opening tool at the tab shown.
When reinserting the battery, make sure the contacts in the battery are lined up with the contacts in the phone.
