This guide will teach you the inner workings of both the motor and cord. You will need to know how to use a screwdriver as well as pliers. Make sure to familiarize yourself with the basics of crimping.

Remove the highlighted screws shown with a Phillips #2 Screwdriver.

Remove the motor from the motor mounting plate. Pull the motor and cord to the side.

Open the crimp by pressing it opposite to how the crimp was pressed. Repeat for second crimp.

Untwist the brown and the silver wire by gripping the tip and unwinding them. Do the same for the second wire.

Separate the cord and motor.

Now, depending on whether the cord or the motor was broken, head to the device page to order a new one.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
