UNPACKING
EQUIPMENT ALERT
To avoid damage, do not use a knife or sharp object to open packaging.
- (1) Carefully remove all enclosed components from packaging and inspect for shipping damage. If damage is apparent, file a Concealed Damage Report with the carrier.

JUNCTION BOX TUBING CONNECTIONS
| (1) | Remove junction box cover (1, Figure 1). |

| (2) | Align and velcro two strips of velcro hook (2) onto two strips of velcro loop (3). |
| (3) | Peel protective backing (A) from back side of two velcro hook (2) strips; then position mounting box (4) on top of universal power supply (5) in orienta- tion shown in illustration. Press down firmly on mounting box to ensure adhesive backing of velcro adheres to universal power supply. |
| (4) | If necessary, remove two screws (B) and cover (C) from chassis (D). |
| (5) | Connect 1/4 in. yellow tubing (6) [from umbilical] fitting (7) [labeled port '1'] of pressure switch with 1/4 in. sleeve clamp (8). |
| (6) | Remove plug (9) and gasket (10) from connector ting (11) [on rear of 80 PSI pressure gauge] . |
| (7) | Install new gasket (12) and 10-32 x 1/4 in. O.D. fit- ting (13) on connector fitting (11). |
| (8) | Connect 1/4 in. yellow tubing (14) [supplied with kit] to fitting (13) [on rear of 80 PSI pressure gauge] with 1/4 in. sleeve clamp (15). |
| (9) | Connect remaining end of 1/4 in. yellow tubing (14) to fitting (16) [labeled port '2'] of pressure switch with 1/4 in. sleeve clamp (17). |

JUNCTION BOX WIRING CONNECTIONS
- (1) Connect power harness (1, Figure 2) to center connector (2) [labeled 'CURING LIGHT'] of universal power supply.
- (2) Connect blue wire (3) [from umbilical] to Terminal '1' of relay timer (4).
- (3) Connect brown wire (5) [from umbilical] to Terminal '3' of relay timer (4).
- (4) Connect yellow wire (6) [from umbilical] to Terminal '5' of relay timer (4).
- (5) Connect violet wire (7) [from umbilical] to Terminal '8' of relay timer (4).
