The stealth thin line up was the 1st thin gaming laptop for MSI that feature the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti graphics card and the 9th Generation Intel i7 processors. The screen offers a gaming-centric design at 15.6", top resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 (HD), and a 144 hertz refresh rate. While being thin the GS65 provides plenty of ports along the left and right sides of the laptop. On the left side the user can find an Ethernet port, two USB-C USB 3.0 ports, as well as the headphone/microphone jack. To identify the MSI GS65 Stealth Thin 8RE laptop the owner can verify in two different ways. The first way involves only a physical inspection of the bottom of the laptop. All MSI products place their identification stickers on the bottom of the laptop (generally in the bottom right quadrant). The owner should not only see the product model number but also their individual serial number. Some laptops also include information like the MAC address. This sticker should allow a visual confirmation of the device, but in the event it is damaged or missing the second option is necessary.

If the owner cannot find the sticker on the outside of the device they can verify this information though the windows interface. Upon logging into their device the own can open the windows Start button, following by the Settings interface. From the Settings window home page the owner opens up the systems option (usually the top right option). Once they have entered the system window they can scroll to the bottom of the right hand menu and select the About option. The About page contains a lot of information including the Device ID, Product ID, and Serial Number.
