Hi!
Can your phone detect your sim-card at all?
If your phone can detect your sim-card, but you don't get cellular service; it could be that your phone don't support your cellular provider's network (e.g., 5G, 4G, LTE etc.).
You should be able to check your phone manual for which cellular networks the phone supports, and compare it to your what cell networks you get with your simcard.
