How do I remove the potentiometer to access the table bolt?

How do I remove the potentiometer to access the table bolt?

I have to change the fine adjustment rack that is under the table but can't figure out how to get the potentiometer off. I tried giving it a good tug but it didn't budge at all.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Oh !! I should add that I have the B26C model of the 6955-20
