The procedure to open the machine in order to get to the brewing unit is quite similar to the Lattissima Plus and the Lattissima Touch.

Is there a specific tool to push back the tube to the brewing unit nozzle before adding the clip?

Normally you just insert the tube into the back of the brewing unit. Maybe wiggle a bit to get it in all the way.

If it resists to go in enough to add the clip, you could try to lubricate the outside of the tube that goes in there
