My disk won't mount or do First Aid on Mac

I have a SanDisk G-Drive ArmorATD 5 TB. I have it in 3 APFS partitions, 2 of which are encrypted. One encrypted and one unencrypted partition are Time Machine backups.

For some reason, on my 2018 MacBook Pro, when I plug it in, the partitions do not mount. It says that there was an issue. When I tried to run First Aid in Disk Utility on one of the unencrypted Time Machine backup partitions, it started to run, but said it failed to run. I tried again, but this time Disk Utility stopped responding. The strange part: when I try to get the files on my 5th-gen iPad Air, it mounts the encrypted non-Time Machine backup partition.

The second photo is the log of the First Aid on the unencrypted Time Machine partition.

Any help would be appreciated!

I should also mention that the disk has been idle almost the whole time (except when being recognized) as the light is not blinking, meaning no data is being read/written.

What is the version on MacOS your Mac is running?

@danj I've also included the First Aid log in the updated post.

@uptempoguy - Well that should work, I was thinking you had an older release as Apple did have a few hiccups with the first versions of APFS when then changed over from HPFS+

At this point you'll need to try another tool, give this one a try MacDrive see if the free version can get at least ID the problem. You may need the full version or it could be the drive it's self has failed which will require a file recovery service to get your data off if you don't have any copies, it won't be cheap.

@danj Thanks, Dan. I'll see what I can do.

@danj Is there a way to try to ID the problem on Mac and not Windows? On MacDrive’s website is says drive repair is only available for HFS+ file systems

@uptempoguy - Sorry I had HFS+ stuck in my head, here's a macOS version disk tool, sadly it's not free to try Mac Genius
