Issue with Jammed Ink Cartridge and Error Code C4EBA341

I’m experiencing an issue with my printer [model], showing error code C4EBA341, indicating a problem with the ink cartridges. One of the cartridges is jammed and I am unable to remove it. I have tried reinstalling the cartridges and restarting the printer without success.
