Apple Pay doesn’t work

Hello, My Apple Pay does not work despite every troubleshooting step i’ve tried, including resetting the phone. Therefore I believe it’s a physical issue but I cannot locate the specific part to replace, Some people say the flashlight module, the wireless charging coil, or the wifi antenna. Does anyone know exactly what part in the iPhone 13 controls Apple Pay? For reference, my wireless charging works fine, along-with my flashlight, my data on the other-hand sometimes says “SOS”

Define “doesn’t work” and what did you do to lose it in the first place?

I can eliminate a wrong answer here, it’s NOT the charging coil. Apple Pay NFC loop is at the top of the phone, not middle.

By doesn’t work I mean no card reader will detect my phone when trying to make a purchase, tap-to-airdrop also doesn’t work. I didn’t notice the problem before as I’ve only recently started to use those services which utilize nfc.
