Braava m6 not responding; not turning on and buttons don't do anything

I recently bought a used Braava Jet m6, and the robot does not respond. When I put the robot on the home base charging dock, for a few seconds, it lights up white and spins, and then it stops. When I press the "Clean" button, the robot doesn't respond. The same for all the other buttons. The wheels are not jammed and I already tried holding Clean for 30 seconds. It came with 2 batteries but they don't seem to work. The robot gets a little warm on the place where the cleaning pads are mounted. I have no idea what could be the problem, and I appreadiate any help I can get!!

After a time my iRobot Braava m6 mop just stopped working all together.. I did the usual troubleshooting steps, namely: 1. Made sure everything was ready to go, clean and orderly 2. Removed the app (or widget) from phone then reloaded it. 3. Removed the battery waited 5 minutes and then reinstalled the battery. 4. Disconnected and reconnected to Wi-Fi. 5. I should mention that I didn't have any error messages. I called iRobot and they thought it was a dead battery so I bought a new battery ($90). Still no function. I ended up purchasing a new Braava m6.

Just a note: My m6 was probably 5 years old.
