Hi,
With a lack of information regarding what you were doing before hand as far as making any changes to the device goes, or whether you just shut down the night before and then just started the next day. So the best that I can suggest is to have a look at this website to try and identify the code:
https://uxd.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/article...
It lists a number of causes for the codes mentioned. This should guide you towards finding useful information to post.
Hope this helps

Is the Fan on the CPU spining ? I had similar issues on a desktop version , HP, and was 1-2 shorted (VRM)mosfets(next to the 24pin plug on MB) , did not let the power supply power up the machine keeping it in protected mode because of the short on the MB , you can check for this with a Ohm meter, continuity mode , on the MB power24 pin entry. (or if it's stock pined PSU , witch I highly doubt , testing the PSU on a diffrent motherboard). - Can be CPU(or cpu socket)/RAM/pcie-slot related issues also, but usually those problems are visible.

This is just to give you an idea of what is going on.
Remember that the time between and number of LED blinks, the number of beeps, seconds it pauses and then repeats are all part of the codes. The computer is trying to tell you what may be wrong. Look for the sequence repeating.
Does beeping occur at the very beginning or the LED blinking? Does the red light blink? If so how many times.
As Helpful Harry mentions below we need data.
