Aftermarket Battery Not Detecting Percent Charge Or Charging.

The only compatible battery for my device officially is out of stock on every store I have checked. I purchased a non-lenovo battery as it was my only remaining option, but lenovo detects it as non-genuine and will not charge. It constantly displays the battery charge at 100% but will immediately power off on removal of charger. This is the only laptop I own and it is necessary for my day-to-day activity.
