Normal temperature on MacBook Pro 2019

Someone can help with what is the normal temperature on the CPU and GPU in idle and when you use safari, played games.

How about installing a good temp monitoring app like TG Pro I find it very useful as you can track the systems temps and how effective it’s cooling and when needed boost the fans.

Hi, if you’re having a noticeable temperature increase when cpu demand increases, then you may want to check the cooling intake and fans for dust/lint buildup as this reduces cooling efficiency.

Hi,
The cooling fans it’s clear. When I’m not using they are around 35 degrees, and when I’m using safari it’s going around 40-42, and if playing games around 75-80. If it’s normal or it’s good too change the thermal paste.

@angelkaytazov replacing the thermal paste is definetly an option, also when taking off the fan assembly to access the cpu check the tubing for any tearsor ways for the coolness too leak out
HOWEVER I BELIVE THAT THIS IS NORMAL except if the temp has risen at all for normal use then follow the steps above

Thank for the information. Because I ask Apple as well and they can’t say if temperature are normal. They told me to visit a service.Just the bad things it’s to much things to assembly to change the thermal paste it’s not like a normal laptop 😁
