I see what you mean, there’s no listing for 7r-14 anywhere, it simply doesn’t exist not even with Samsung.

Have you tried to reset it by unplugging and leaving off for 10 minutes and then turning it back on to see if it resolves it?

Or if another error comes up instead of the 7r-14.

Alternatively you could check the basics by cleaning inlet water filters, emptying out and cleaning the drain filter, looking for anything that might be wrapped up around moving parts.
