Why is my doors look open? Open door symbol is on scree

My doors locked but the car thinks the left doors and trunk is open. However the remote is not working. I lock everydoor manually but still same. Ah by the way trunk door is not working now. It used to work perfect but suddenly i can not uclock it but car think its open.
