No power even after placing a new ram and harddrive.Can you kindly advise?

I assume by "crashed" you are referring to a HDD failure, right?
If so, I don't know why you would replace RAM, unless you upgraded it.
Even so, those replacements are simply unplug and replug.
Therefore, somewhere in that process, something else got disturbed. Recheck all the cabling.
OR, you did the replacement without removing the power - battery and adapter - and shorted something out.
In that case, you now have a bigger problem that isn't going to be easy to fix or cheap to get fixed.

Did you remember to disconnect the battery from the motherboard this time, before removing/replacing ram and HDD? ;-)
Does the laptop indicate that the battery is charging when the charger is connected to the lapto

Mine indicates it's charging then when I press the power button the power light turns on for a few seconds then turns off nothing displays on the screalen screen no fan noise no power on the drive
