My Delonghi EC260 is leaking from the bottom of the machine

My Delonghi EC260 is leaking water from the bottom of the machine before I could even start using it.

The situation is that I put the water tank into the machine then it’s leaking all over the counter. I bought a new water tank, got it today. Try again, same thing happened. I don’t even have a chance to turn the machine on. Please any suggestions.
