1 Laptop Will Freeze 5-10 Secs, Black Screen Then Auto Restart (HELP)
Hi,
so i bought my laptop around 2 years ago and after 6 month i used it, i decided to upgrade the RAM by myself from 8x2 to 16x2 and after using for 1 year there is no problem. but right now when i play my laptop (only browsing) it will get freeze, i cannot move or do anything for 5-10 secs and the screen all will get black and finally will auto restart the laptop. it happened everytime i use it while plug in the charger. if i didn't plug in the charger there is no problem. i tried to clean the RAM or remove one of the RAM, i tried to play by remove the battery but the results are same.
and sometimes the monitor of my laptop will have that line below the laptop like something happen to my VGA but i use laptop and 1 Monitor by HDMI cable, the monitor by HDMI doesn't have that line. and that line will come back normal if i remove the charger. anyone know the problem? i did bring to service center for clean my laptop 1 month ago. and the problem still here.

Try another charger. What did the service centre say? They would have lot sof chargers to test it with.

@aactech they just clean the dust and change the thermal paste and ask me to come back if the problem still occur.

@acianggoh Yes so go back with your laptop and your charger and ask them to test your charger. It could also be the charger socket on the laptop.
