Greetings Ali,
This is a symptom of a failing ac clutch on your vehicle. It could also be low refrigerant in the system but more often than not its a failing AC clutch and or pump.
AC is difficult to diagnose via text but i will do my best to help you out. I need a little more information about your vehicle though how about the engine size and the sticker under the hood should also say how many lbs of refrigerant your car would take as well as what kind of refrigerant. ie R134 or R12 etc.
