Why is My Pc Suddenly Crashing?

My hp laptop 14-fq0020nr suddenly crashes when I’m using (error: Driver power failure) and it fails to respond to shutdown instruction or takes like 9min to fully shutdown.

Please any advice on what I can do to fix this will be helpful, thanks.
