Can I hook Android up to unit to watch movies from my phone?
I have an android phone and want to watch movies on dbpowe projector

You can although you will probably have to purchase a USB-C to HDMI cable connector. You can get this at places such as Best Buy or Amazon or anyplace else

Might depend on the make and model of the "Android" phone.
Not all of them have a USB-C port

Don't own a Pixel myself, but check what Android version is installed on your phone.
Here's a article that states that Android Ver.14 QPR3 Beta 2 needs to be installed before you can send video from the phone from the USB-C port.
A fair number of low end phones still have micro USB2.0 although not the major brands.
Just covering all bases because at the time of your answer, the phone model was an unknown

You could play the movie from your computer if you have one.

Even if the poster had a computer unless the computer had an HDMI port they would still need an USB-C to HDMI connector
