My phone's motherboard is not working
When I put my switched off phone on charging it's start and get's off within seconds

@abhishek17801 you are really not giving us a lot of information. Tell us exactly what your phone does when you plug it in to charge. Right now it does sound like your phone needs at least new battery

@abhishek17801 we could have saved us this if you would have mentioned this in your original question.
First you need to make sure that this is not a software issues. Try a forced restart. Press and hold the Power button and the Volume down button down simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it.
Next try to start your phone in safe mode. Follow the Samsung instructions on how to do that. If your phone functions properly in safe mode, you know it is a software issue. You may need to reinstall your OS.
If it still does not function, then it can be hardware. Start off by following the flowchart for the No Power condition.

I have already exchanged my battery.
But still the issue is same
Whenever I plug the charger . My phone's show Samsung logo for a sec and then switch of again and within seconds another Samsung logo and switch off again
