Will not power on, what could it be?

TL;DR iPhone 4 will not power on. Logic board is verified working, battery is verified working and charged, dock assembly is verified working.

So here's the deal, I got this dead iPhone 4 for doing some trade work. I have tested the logic board in my own phone, as well as the battery and the dock connector. I cannot, for the life of me, think of anything else it could be. All of these parts work when they are put in my phone but when I put them back into the dead phone, nothing happens. It doesn't charge, it doesn't turn on, and the computer doesn't see it. What the heck could it be?

In this phone remove all the jacks . just leave battery and dock connecter jacks with the logic board. then try with usb cable with pc. it will sure power up and iTunes recognize it. then slowly put the jacks back one by one to find out the fault. means first the put the only LCD jack . before this putting back make sure that battery to be unplug. slowly do this . after LCD put the digitizer jack then power button then front camera then back camera then side volumes buttons. then homebuttom. slowly you will find the fault then just change that part only. thnx best of luck...

Thank you so very much! I was able to narrow it down to the proximity sensor/power button cable. I happened to have a spare cable laying around and upon removal of the old one I was able to see some corrosion on the sensors that wasn't obvious from the back side. I put the new cable in and put everything back together and it fired right up. Thanks again for the troubleshooting recommendation.
